Our core personnel boast over 30 years of in-depth experience. We have been providing scintillators and assemblies to research and commercial customers worldwide since 1997.

Location
The company headquarters and factory is located on 1300 W. Broadway in Sweetwater, Texas. Sweetwater is located in West Texas approximately 40 miles to the West of Abilene. It is an oasis with "sweet water" amid bitter-tasting gypsum streams. The Kiowa Indians named the site "Mobeetie"--which was their word for "sweet water." See our Directions page.
Factory
Eljen just completed remodeling its new headquarters facility. The total operation now has 54,000 sq. ft. which includes two buildings as follows:
- Eljen West - 41,000 sq. ft.
- Eljen East - 13,000 sq. ft.
